Opened the bottle alongside grilled vegetables. There was a brief fresh citrus, then the citrus tasted artificial. I finished the glass, but I wouldn't choose it again.

It opened with clean piney note and stayed pleasant, but it came across too perfumed. A solid four rather than a five.

Served Hapusa in a simple G&T and let it settle for a minute. It had a decent peppery finish; after that, the aroma was stronger than the flavour. Fine for a casual serve, less convincing on its own.

fresh - dry - floral
