I had mixed expectations for this gin. It opened with bright botanicals, then moved into peppery finish without losing balance. It was gone faster than I expected, which says enough.

I tried this gin twice before settling on a rating. The peppery finish was enjoyable and soft spice gave it enough character, although the finish turned medicinal. Good enough to revisit, especially with the right serve.

I paired this gin with grilled vegetables, which helped show its character. The fresh citrus came through clearly, and peppery finish kept the sip interesting. This one earned a place on my repeat list.

dry - fresh - peppery
