The first thing I noticed with Jaisalmer was the aroma. I noticed some floral edge, but mostly the juniper dominated everything. It may suit a different palate, but it wasn't for me.
juniper - freshOpened Jaisalmer Gin alongside cheese. Even in a dry cocktail, it came across too perfumed. Then the bitterness felt one-dimensional. I left most of the pour unfinished.
