I paired this gin with olives, which helped show its character. It opened with floral edge, then moved into clear juniper without losing balance. I'd happily choose it again.

I had a small pour of this gin and let it open up. I tried changing the serve, but it lost its character with tonic. I finished the glass, but I wouldn't choose it again.

It opened with dry finish, then moved into clean piney note without losing balance. It was gone faster than I expected, which says enough.

fresh - citrusy - floral
