I tried this one in a simple tequila highball. I liked the fresh herbal note. The only drawback was that the aftertaste turned bitter. A solid four rather than a five.

Took my time with this tequila with soda and grapefruit. I liked the peppery finish; the citrus edge made it feel complete rather than heavy. It was gone faster than I expected, which says enough.

agave - warm - dry

Calle 23 had a few things going for it. I tried changing the serve, but the finish felt hot. Maybe better in a stronger mix, though I wouldn't buy it for sipping.

clean - herbal - agave
