I paid more attention to the finish on La Botija Pisco Quebranta. It opened with little caramel and stayed pleasant, but the finish was too short. Not perfect, but it worked well for me.

I liked the warming finish; the mellow sweetness made it feel complete rather than heavy. One of the more enjoyable options I've tried in this category.
