Used this brandy after dinner. From the first sip, the alcohol sat on top of the flavour; the finish was no better because the finish turned dry and bitter. This simply didn't work for my taste.

Had the bottle with cheese. It had a decent little caramel; after that, it felt sharper than expected. Middle of the road for my taste.
oaky - smooth - spicedThere was enough mellow sweetness to keep me interested, even though it felt sharper than expected. Still a good pick and one I'd have again.
