This beer was easy to test in a basic mixed drink. The idea of bready malt note was there, but the flavour faded once it warmed up. It may suit a different palate, but it wasn't for me.

The finish was the deciding point for me with the bottle. The fuller body came through clearly, and bready malt note kept the sip interesting. I'd happily choose it again.

malty - dry - citrusy

Used Carling straight from the fridge. The clean malt was enjoyable and light bitterness gave it enough character, although the carbonation felt harsh. Not perfect, but it worked well for me.

fizzy - crisp - refreshing
