Opened this one for dinner with friends. It had a decent fresh herbal note; after that, the agave character was faint. Some good points, though the balance didn't fully work for me.

I tried this tequila twice before settling on a rating. The cooked-agave character was enjoyable and dry finish gave it enough character, although the finish felt hot. Not perfect, but it worked well for me.
