I paid more attention to the finish on this rum. I liked the vanilla note; the soft caramel made it feel complete rather than heavy. It was gone faster than I expected, which says enough.

This rum made more sense over ice. I liked the tropical fruit. The only drawback was that the alcohol felt sharp. Not perfect, but it worked well for me.

This rum smelled more expressive than I expected. The start was better than the finish: molasses note first, then the sweetness lingered too long. I wouldn't refuse it, but I have other favourites.

smooth - oaky - warm
