The first thing I noticed with the bottle was the aroma. It opened with fresh herbal note, then moved into dry finish without losing balance. I'd happily choose it again.

I mostly tried Clase Azul Anejo Tequila as part of a simple serve. I tried changing the serve, but the sweetness felt artificial. The balance felt off from start to finish.

This one was better when sipped slowly. The clean warmth was pleasant, but the sweetness felt artificial. Perfectly drinkable, just not something I'd seek out.

citrusy - agave - earthy
